*AUSTRALIAN PARTICIPANTS* - Participants residing outside Australia/New Zealand (NZ), please use alternate USD checkout.

1. After registering for the course, participants must sign a Course Access Agreement to be given access to the course. The full terms of accessing this course are included in the Agreement. If a participant does not sign the Course Access Agreement by the due date then they will not be able to access the course, and cancellation fees will apply (as below).

2. Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be notified in writing and will incur the following cancellation fees to cover our credit card processing fees and administrative costs:
• Cancellations before and including 30th April 2024 AEST - AUD$150 cancellation fee
• Cancellations from 1st of May AEST 2024 - no refund available.
• No cancellations provided once participant has access to course content.

Cancellation fees will be taken from the course fee paid and the remainder returned to the participant's original payment method.

A course registration may be transferred to another therapist without processing a refund or cancellation BEFORE the start of the program and/or access to course materials (whichever comes first) with the payment of an admin fee of AUD$55 to cover our additional administrative costs. No transfers can be made after the start of the program or once the participant has access to course materials.

No refunds or extensions are available for participants who don't start or don't complete the course in the allotted time provided (before end August 2025). It is the participant's responsibility to complete the course in the time provided.

In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Babble & Munch Learning, the participant will be offered a choice of a full refund for the course registration fees (at the current exchange rate for international payments), or transfer to another current or future course offering of the same value.

We are not responsible for the loss of any registration fees or bank fees due to differing exchange rates when a refund is processed.

3. The workshop is only for speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and dietitians, or students of these professions. We reserve the right to reverse a participant's registration and refund their registration fee in line with the cancellation terms above if they do not meet these health professional terms. Please contact us before registering if you have any queries about your eligibility.

4. All dates/times listed are in Melbourne, Australia, local time (AEST/AEDT). Please adjust course start/end dates to your own local time-zone as this is an international course.
